A studio built on honesty
Marion Keizers opened Eyebrow Guru in 2017 as a response to a trend she couldn't follow: graphic, unnatural eyebrows that had nothing to do with the person underneath.
I have left too many beauty salons feeling I looked worse than when I came in. I wanted to change that in my own approach.
THE MISSION
Eyebrows that belong to you
Marion grew up in Amsterdam, began her career in the beauty industry, and saw firsthand how trends alienated people from their own faces. Her mother—born in the 1940s—plucked her eyebrows for decades and by the age of forty had hardly anything left.
That shaped Marion's understanding of how vulnerable eyebrows are, and how few people know that. Eyebrow Guru is built on that knowledge: honest, personal, without pressure.
Many clients are women over forty who notice their eyebrows thinning and no longer know what is possible. But anyone with a genuine question is welcome.

Meet Aki
Aki is a Greek street dog whom Marion adopted from the island of Lesbos in 2022. He is a constant presence in the studio — calm, friendly, and always happy to see a visitor.
His presence fits the atmosphere of the studio: warm, relaxed, and a little unexpected.
