I ask for timely notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as I work with one client per time slot. Full details are shared at the time of booking so expectations are clear from the start.

Yes. Your brows, skin, or preferences may look or feel different on the day — and that’s okay. We’ll always choose what’s most appropriate in the moment. Bear in mind that terms and conditions apply to any last minute changes, and a longer treatment than planned isn't always possible due to other bookings.
