Processing purposes
Eyebrow Guru collects your personal data primarily to – in the broad sense of the word – be able to implement the agreed assignment (agreement) that Eyebrow Guru has concluded with you. Processing mainly takes place in the personnel administration
The purposes of the processing of your personal data by Eyebrow Guru are as follows:
establishing and maintaining contact with you (by post, by telephone, by e-mail) in order to perform the service;
conducting proper personnel administration;
handling your payment;
sending the newsletter and/or advertising folder;
informing you about changes to the services and products;
Eyebrow Guru processes the obtained personal data only for the above purposes.
If Eyebrow Guru intends to process your personal data for other purposes, Eyebrow Guru will contact you to give you the opportunity to object to further processing. This will be done before any further processing, where the information about that other purpose and any relevant further information will be shared with you.
Legal bases for processing
The processing in the context of the aforementioned purposes each has at least one legal basis. These legal bases are explained below.
Execution of assignment agreement
In a large part of the cases, Eyebrow Guru processes your personal data to implement your assignment agreement.
Comply with legal obligation
In addition, Eyebrow Guru will process your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation that rests on Eyebrow Guru. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from Eyebrow Guru in the context of an investigation. In such a case, Eyebrow Guru must cooperate and Eyebrow Guru is therefore obliged to provide this information.
Permission
Processing based on your consent requires that you give free, explicit, unambiguous consent.
If Eyebrow Guru processes personal data on the basis of the consent you have given, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If processing takes place solely on the basis of the consent you have given, no further processing may take place after you have withdrawn your consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
In addition, Eyebrow Guru only processes personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent, caregiver or legal representative.
Retention period
There are no predetermined legal or internally determined terms for the storage of your personal data. As a starting point, Eyebrow Guru maintains that your personal data will not be kept longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which your personal data is collected. When your personal data is no longer relevant for the purposes mentioned, Eyebrow Guru will delete it.
Recipients of Personal Data
Eyebrow Guru takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Eyebrow Guru never passes on personal data to other parties with whom Eyebrow Guru has not concluded a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) Eyebrow Guru

Transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Union
Your personal data will not be processed in countries outside the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have various rights with regard to your personal data:

the right to data erasure;
the right to restriction of processing;
the right to object to the processing;
the right to data portability;
the right not to be subject to automated decision-making.
If you want to make use of your rights, you can submit a request via the contact details mentioned in this letter. Please note: the above rights are not absolute. That is, Eyebrow Guru
does not have to comply in all cases with a request to exercise one of the aforementioned rights.
Within one month after Eyebrow Guru has received a request from you to exercise one of the aforementioned rights, Eyebrow Guru will inform you. Eyebrow Guru will indicate whether and how your request has been complied with and if not, why not. If necessary in connection with the request, Eyebrow Guru can extend the response period by one month. In that case, Eyebrow Guru will inform you within one month within which period it will still respond. Exercising the right(s) by you is in principle free of charge.
Submit a complaint to the supervisor
It is possible that, despite Eyebrow Guru's careful approach, you have a complaint about the way in which Eyebrow Guru processes your personal data and/or handles your rights. You can then submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, the Dutch Data Protection Authority is the supervisory authority in the field of the processing of personal data. Amendments
The privacy statement as set out in this letter was drawn up on September 2, 2022 and is subject to change. These changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner by e-mail.
